much like “what’s today’s version of being ____?” identity-based habits, this idea works on cultivating consistency.
think of four quadrants - each representing a spectrum of easy day to hard day and low motivation to high motivation.
if you can fit your habit on these spectrums and do a version of your goal relative to these ranges, you will never “miss” a day. just adjust to what life has thrown at you and how your body is feeling that day.
